Preferred File Formats

1st

PDF Preferred

Print-ready, fonts embedded, CMYK color mode.

2nd

AI

Adobe Illustrator native file, all fonts outlined.

3rd

EPS

Vector format, compatible with all design software.

4th

PNG

Minimum 300 DPI, transparent background preferred.

5th

JPG

Minimum 300 DPI, high quality setting.

Vector files like PDF, AI, and EPS give the sharpest results at any size. If you only have a JPG or PNG logo, send it anyway and we will let you know if the quality is sufficient for print.

Quality

Resolution Requirements

All raster images such as PNG and JPG must be at least 300 DPI at the final print size. Images pulled from websites or social media are typically 72 DPI and will print blurry — please do not submit these.

If you are unsure about your file resolution, send it to us and we will check it for you at no charge.

Print Accuracy

Color Mode

Please submit files in CMYK color mode for the most accurate print results. If your files are in RGB, we will convert them during our prepress process but slight color shifts may occur.

For exact color matching, provide your Pantone PMS color codes alongside your files.

How to Send Your Files

Once your quote is approved, email your artwork files directly to our team with your order number in the subject line. Your artwork comes first — we build your proof from it, and the deposit is only taken once you have approved that proof.

For files larger than 25MB please use WeTransfer.com or Google Drive and share the link in your email.
